Content DescriptionIs sending separately some letters which Mr Secretary Hedges gave to him; says that Monsieur Spanheim was to have waited on Harley, but saw Mr Secretary Hedges in the afternoon regarding the treaty with Dantzig; says that Spanheim insisted this treaty was not to be entered into until after the conclusion of the 'Guaranty at The Hague'; relays Spanheim's opinion that his 'master' was in the best position to provide more troops; says that the Lord Chief Justice [Lord Trevor?] has bailed the 'man taken with Mrs Watt'; says that the Lord Treasurer [1st Earl Godolphin] will be at Windsor the following day and the queen at Kensington on Saturday.
