Discusses a secret regarding Mr Fielding and 'state affairs' which he has agreed to keep; says that he is prepared to keep quiet and serve time in prison provided Fielding does not let him 'want'; says that if Fielding does not send him a supply of money by a specified date he will tell everything he knows to Mr Stanley.
