Content Description
Has nothing new to say about the affair of the Bishop of Osnaburg proceeding to the Bishopric of Münster and does not understand the objections of 'some amongst you'; hopes that the States will concur with the queen's proposals regarding payments to Prince Charles; reports that the 'merchant's' acquainted with Don Essevan? and Don Francesco wish to 'return to Flanders again' and serve K[ing] Ch[arles?] 'the 3d'; says that the transports are ready to go to Ostend.
This document has been identified as being in the hand of Robert Harley, 1st Earl of Oxford.
