Content Description	Is still waiting for Stanhope's letters; repeats his instructions regarding the need to renew the conference regarding the 'affair of Lübeck'; believes that the only way to settle this is to obtain a 'resolution' from the guarantors of the Treaty of Travendahl; says that Sir David Mitchel has 'begun his voyage towards you' with the intent of settling the 'quota of ships' for the following year; states that Mitchel's instructions are identical to those of the previous year. This document has been identified as being in the hand of Robert Harley, 1st Earl of Oxford. Old Style dating on letter.
