Content Description | Is still waiting for Stanhope's letters; repeats his instructions regarding the need to renew the conference regarding the 'affair of Lübeck'; believes that the only way to settle this is to obtain a 'resolution' from the guarantors of the Treaty of Travendahl; says that Sir David Mitchel has 'begun his voyage towards you' with the intent of settling the 'quota of ships' for the following year; states that Mitchel's instructions are identical to those of the previous year.
