Content DescriptionDiscusses the request of the Count Gallas for a loan from England [and the States] to pay for his troops to go to Italy; says that the queen is anxious for the Emperor to have his troops march towards Italy; discusses a plan to advance money to the Emperor for the 'use of ye warr in Italy'; has mentioned this proposal to Mr Vryberge; directs Stanhope to see the Pensionary on this issue; is glad that the scheme regarding Bills is beginning to meet with some support; hopes that this will drain the money from [France?].
