Content Description
Says that there is to be a meeting at which the queen will decide whether she will send anyone to Holland; hopes that the 'good disposition of things there will appear by our next letter' and that the proposed voyage of Lord Pembroke will not be necessary; reports some demands which have been relayed to him on the behalf of the King of Prussia? regarding his troops in Italy; hopes that Stanhope will arrange for the 'speedy renewal' of the treaty made by the Duke of Marlborough.
This document has been identified as being in the hand of Robert Harley, 1st Earl of Oxford.
