Content Description
Relays an account from the Queen relative to Lord Galway having command of the next campaign in Portugal; says that the Queen has agreed that in case of the death or sickness of Lord Galway the command should be 'regulated by the treaty'; introduces a merchant from Amsterdam named Mr Pierre Tettas who wishes to discuss the issue of 'Bills of Exchange with France'.
This document has been identified as being in the hand of Robert Harley, 1st Earl of Oxford.
