Content DescriptionComments on discussions between the Queen and Mr Vryberge [regarding seized Dutch ships?]; informs Stanhope of the results of discussions between Mr Vryberge and the 'Lords'; says that the conference regarding Darthiz is to be renewed to ensue that it maintains its liberty and current allegiance; says that the Queen has released the Dutch ships and hopes that the Dutch will not trade with France in such a way as to give assistance to her; comments on the argument over who should lead the Anglo-Dutch troops; says that the ill health of the King of Portugal means that they need to begin their campaign.
