Has no new orders; comments that the 'people' are beginning to comment about those who are hindering the Duke of Marlborough from fighting; says that the news from Portugal means that the command of the forces under Lord Galway must be settled or any advantage will be lost; comments on the progress of the negotiations with Mr Vryberge; states that they know littl of England who believe she will surrender her Mediterranean trade to the power or custody of the French.
