Content DescriptionComments on the progress of a bill through Parliament the aim of which is to prevent commerce with France; will forward a scheme of the Berlin Treaty; hopes that the King of Sweden will accept this effort of Queen Anne and the 'States'; instructs Stanhope to request that the 'States' convey their troops in their 'men of warr' and to send as many ships as possible in order to foil the French army at sea.
