Content Description	Instructs Stanhope to inform the Pensioner of Queen Anne's instructions with regard to transports for the troops which are to act on England's behalf with the fleet; hopes that the States will do the same and not place their own troops aboard their 'men of warr'; says that the Queen does not intend to make any payment to the King of Prussia until the troops are actually in place; hopes that the French naval preparations will encourage the Provinces to 'expedite their fleet'. Part of text missing due to damage to document. This document has been identified as being in the hand of Robert Harley, 1st Earl of Oxford. Old Style dating on letter.
