Content DescriptionReports that the packet containing Stanhope's letters is yet to arrive; encloses a copy of a document [not present] relative to Castillo and requests that Stanhope send an account of this man and whether he continues in custody; says that he has had a request from Sweden to consult with the Pensionary and the ministers of the guarantors of the Treaty of Travandale; wishes to know what is to be done upon the death of the Bishop of Lubec.

This document has been identified as being in the hand of Robert Harley, 1st Earl of Oxford.
