Refers to the City of Darthig; says that her [Majesty] intends to employ the 'best officers' for 'pretecting that Citty'; asks that Stanhope confer with the 'Pensioner' and the Ministers of the Kings of Denmark and Prussia to see if 'their respecting Masters' concur in a representation to the King of Sweden; asks that any resolution be transmitted to Mr Robinson who has orders to agree to such measures to be concerted with the Ministers at The Hague.
