Has followed the instructions regarding the enclosed letter [not present] addressed to the Prince [George]; has found that it was sent by Mr Thomas Austin; relates Austin's comments that the letter relates to a prisoner named Drake who is making 'reproachfull' comments about the Queen and Government; says that Austin can bring evidence of this before the Prince.
