Notes on business conducted in Parliament on the 1-2 Mar.; says that Sir Robert Howard delivered a state of the late King's [James II] accounts; refers to an order from the King [William III] to 'regulate or utterly take away' the hearth tax which he believed to be 'grevious to his people' and an address of thanks to be presented in return for this favour; refers to instructions given by William III in relation to certain people conspiring against the King and his government; mentions that the King warned against infringing against the 'law for Habeas Corpus'; says that both houses took the new Oath of Allegiance and the Test against Popery; states that none refused; refers to various bills which were brought into the House of Lords.
