Content DescriptionSets out terms for an 'Act of Oblivion to be made in the Parliaments of all the Three kingdoms for burying in forgetfulness all Acts of hostility, whether betweene the King and his Subiects or betwixt Subiect and Subiect'; concerns the undertaking of war by either of England or Scotland, the ratification of the treaty, the reciprocal supply of men of arms and the treatment of 'certeyne Incendiaries of the Scottish Nation in Ireland; names certain individuals including John Maxwell and Dr Blair.

This document is undated; year given is based on the contents which include references to 'His Majesty' so must be before Charles I's execution in Jan. 1649 and to John Maxwell who died in 1647.
