Content Description	'In this book is contained the names of all such members as were elected and returned to sitt in the House of Commons in the Parliament begun at Westmins. the 20th day of March 1689/90. All which except such as are in the margin taken notice of to the contrary with these letters P.F. did take the oathes appointed and as I believe did actually sitt in the said house this present Parliamt.'; provides the names of defeated candidates; mentions that Sir Rowland Gwynne was 'Adjudged not Duly Elected'.
