Discusses the case of Lord Dunkellin [later 10th Earl of Clanricarde] with regard to the forfeiture of his father's estate in Ireland; states that the petitioner's brothers are to be 'bred Protestants' and that he is a 'fit object' of Her Majesty's bounty; argues that the allowance of a 'pencon on the establishment' to the petitioner would be a 'favour well bestowed'.
This letter is undated, the range provided is based on the period when the 10th Earl of Clanricarde was known as Baron Dunkellin and the death date of Queen Anne.
