Has heard from the Lord Treasurer [1st Earl Godolphin] that Mr Robert Murray has been apprehended in Scotland; knows that Seafield has seen the letter he wrote to the Duke of Queensberry on the subject; refers to John Murray's role in 'these evil practices'; discusses correspondence relating to this case; says that there is an individual known only to the Queen and the Lord Treasurer who can 'charge Murray'.
