Content Description
Reminds Oxford of his case; says that upon his return from Muscovy he was promised another commission and not dismissed from the Queen's service; complains that this has caused him to employ a number of servants in both London and Holland at great and unnecessary expense; says that ten thousand pounds is still due to him; says that he has received no salary since 22nd Dec. 1712, although he remains in the Queen's service; requests that he be paid that which is owed to him, so that he may pay his debts.
