Content DescriptionDiscusses the designs of the King of Prussia with regard to Stanislaus; recounts the orders given to the Prussian envoy that if the King of Sweden invaded Saxony and the King of Poland lost influence, the Czar should not be surprised if the King of Prussia looked to his own interest by 'owning Stanislaus'; thinks that the 'sudden changes of Counsel much weaken the K. of Prussia's interest here'; transmits what little news he has of the manoeuvres of the Russian army in Lithuania.
