Concern's the question of the Tsar's inclusion in the Grand Alliance; encloses extract of a letter from the Etats Généraux to the Tsar [Pw2 Hy 1303]; notes also that Sir [Philip] Meadowe, the Queen's minister at the Imperial court has still received no instructions in the matter; requests that he be informed of the Queen's real intentions.
Enquires as to [Goodwin's] promotion and requests the return of list of Muscovite sailors.
