Approves [Harley's] refusal to give credence to an intercepted letter; reports confirmation of previous orders from the Tsar [Peter I] to press the Queen [Anne] for a favourable response on known matters; refutes the suggestion that the Tsar is in negotiations with France and urges him to arrange things so that the Tsar's hopes are accomplished in the event with regard to which he is awaiting a resolution; refers to his letter to the Queen containing complaints against August, [former] King of Poland.
