Content Description	Discusses the subject of the 'prolongation of Lord Albermarle's pass'; encloses a letter detailing the 'false representations of his [Albermarle's] secret enemys'; believes that Oxford is in the best possible position to 'remove the ill grounded prevention the Court of France hath conceived against that poor Lord'; asks for Oxford's help as Albermarle has often acted for the English Crown; reports he has an epistle from Albermarle explaining his actions against his enemies but does not wish to bother Oxford with it; has no news of the 'secret negotiations' [with the Netherlands?]; awaits Oxford's commands and asks if he may send 'word of comfort to unhappy Lord Alb[ermarle]'.
