Content DescriptionReports that the [Swedish?] merchants are complaining of the delay and the cost to them over the past ten months; says that they believe the case against them has no foundation and are resolved to appeal; instructs Jackson to deal with the case as he thinks best; says that the Swedish ships hoped to go before the Lords of appeal the next day, but as a result of the latest news they may not; encloses the 'arguments' of the merchants [not present]; says that Mr Warr has given him the letters; promises to assist Jackson in any way he can.
