Says that he has laid Jackson's letters before the Queen; states that she has 'good intentions' towards the King of Sweden and his subjects; has sent the complaints to the judge of the Admiralty; reports that he is preparing directions to the men of war and privateers to strictly 'keep to ye treaty with ye King of Sweden';
This document has been identified as being in the hand of Robert Harley, 1st Earl of Oxford.
