Says that the Justices in the Quarter Sessions have refused to record his request for 'free liberty' and a meeting place for dissenters; reports that they continued to meet and were arrested and then convicted by Sir Richard Standish; complains that the justices refuse to provide related documents so that he can seek redress; says that they dare not appeal at the Quarter Sessions; requests that the Justices be required to show cause.
