Says that her husband Peter, who died on 24 Dec. 1705 enjoyed a pension on the 'establishment of Ireland'; discusses the history of the case and the efforts to arrange for the Queen to be advised to continue the pension in her name; says that she is in danger of being sent to prison for non-payment of debts; ask that the relevant report be placed before Queen Anne; says that she has the support of the Duke of Ormond.
