Affidavit of George Hayes; states that he heard John Pheasant (shoemaker at the Dolphin Inn in Northton) say that the Queen should explain to her subjects why she 'turned my Lord Sunderland out of his place'; says that Pheasant said that the 'Queen was not Hereditary'.
Affidavit of Stephen Winston; states that he heard John Pheasant say that the Queen should 'give satisfaction to her subjects why she turned my Lord Sunderland out of his place'.
Affidavit of William Barcole; says that John Pheasant said that the Queen was a 'Rebell to her father, and headed a party at Nottingham against him'.
