Writes as Lord Lieutenant of Gloucestershire to warn his deputies to watch known Republicans and 'that in order to prevent their seditious purposes, you give order to secure the ringleaders of them'.
Note on reverse that this was sent to the Deputies and sent to Sir Edward Harley by Sir Edward Hopton.
