Content Description
Writes that Lord Titchfield recommended Mr Peacock to call on Mr Heaton, but that Mr Heaton has refused to see him, causing the delay; stresses that a settlement must take place; refers to a lease entered into between himself and Lord Titchfield; states that the business must only be discussed between their agents; explains that the recipient's house cannot be used for a meeting place when the Duke of Rutland is not yet a party to the business.
