Asks the duke to order Mr Isatt to call on him in London the week after next in order to witness a lease to Thomas Nichol; begs to be released from the duties of a trust which would vest the estate under the will of the late Lady Oxford in him in the event of Mr Harley's death; complains of his ignorance and age, and asks to be sent a copy of 'my Lady Dutchess conveyance to your Grace of her whole Inheritance'.
