Content Description	Requests the Duke to sign a consent to waive privilege in relation to a bill in Chancery intended to settle matters following the death of the last Duke of Newcastle [Thomas Pelham-Holles, 1st Duke of Newcastle under Lyne] and with regard to property under the will of John, Duke of Newcastle [upon Tyne]; writes that it is Lord Vane's opinion that the duke should be a party to the bill; mentions that Mr Woodcock is acting for the executors of the late Duke of Newcastle; adds that he has already received waivers from the [2nd] Duke of Newcastle [under Lyne] and Lord Pelham.
