Content DescriptionBelieves the whole of his property in Fulmer contains about 302 acres; 41 of these acres lie on the other side of the common next to some of the duke's cottages and land which are now in the occupation of Mr Calvert and David Hunt as yearly tenants; suggests that if the duke does not want to buy the whole property, he could just have the fields (of about 127 acres) which extend from the New Road and Coley Hill Lane along the bottom to Fulmer; adds that he could better explain all this if he could accompany the duke through the grounds; provides list of acreage of the property; adds in postscript that he can wait upon the duke any day before Thursday or after the 29th.
