Regrets that he has to trouble the duke; describes how the £900 for which the warrant was issued was recalled; explains that the matter has been referred to Mr King who needs to respond to the matter in writing; thinks that for 'future settlements' it will be best to adopt the duke's proposal which he made to Mr Addington.
