Content DescriptionHas received Barkley's letter, the notes for £2000 and the indemnification to his trustees for the same; has executed this and has sent it to Barkley; asks him to wait on Mr Harley, and tell him that he expects Mr Soresby will pay the £1500 to Messrs Child and Blackwall on the trust account on the 20th and take up his bond; gives some more details about Soresby's financial matters; had expected to hear from Barkley following the expiry of Mr Briault's lease; enquires whether he had spoken with Mr Gomms about it; explains that once it is settled, they will know whether a new tenant will be needed once the lease expires, and whether to let it be known that Newcastle House is to be let; gives some details of this.
