Has been commanded by 'her ladyship' [the Countess of Oxford] to discover the reason Barkley has delayed so long in sending the 'Rivet Accounts', which she has expected for a month; writes that she has been disappointed not only because she has not received her accounts, but also because Barkley has broken all his promises; mentions Mr Sutton and Mr Desburrough and Mr Wenman's accounts.
