Content DescriptionRefers to the letter Woodhouse sent via Mr Chase Price, of whom the duke speaks very highly; duke will send to Woodhouse every letter and deed he has received from Mr Dod; asks in return that he sends the abstract of duke's marriage settlement and his grandmother's will; also requests that he ask Isatt to look among the deeds and leases for some evidence to support his claim of his right to land on the eastern part of the Mary[le]bone estate to which Mr Berners has also made a claim and which they have agreed to refer to Mr Palmer and Mr Partington.
