Content DescriptionReports that it impossible that Mr Dodd will be in town tomorrow to execute the conveyance of his [Dodd's] estate in Buckinghamshire; therefore thinks it unnecessary for Woodhouse to come there; thanks him for his help with Chase [Price] whom he believes was 'delivered' due solely to Woodhouse's assistance; reports that he will be out of town for 3 weeks and asks whether Woodhouse has heard of any person who is willing to advance the loan the duke wishes for on the security of his 'Leasehold premises'.
