Content DescriptionReports that Mr Collins has not yet come from Highgate; has found a mistake committed by Mr Hall in forgetting to send the Countess [of Oxford] the accounts; Barkley argues he gave him strict orders as he himself was busy copying his father's accounts; suggests that Wilcocks mentions this to the countess.

Endorsement explains 'Excusing himself and blaming Mr Hall for not sending Mr Wenman's Accounts, Trustees Accounts, etc.'
