Content DescriptionIs sorry that the Countess of Oxford is still uneasy about Mr Colbeck's accounts etc. not being passed; reports that he has been employed in finishing his [Barkley's] accounts; as he had received no answer to the observations, he could not lay them before Mr Harley; assures him that there will be no future delay in getting the accounts passed.

Endorsement explains 'Reason for not getting Mr Simmonds, Mr Marriot and Mr Colbeck's accounts passed'.
