Content Description	Refers to the details concerning Mr Nicolson's money; describes the standing of the Gringley account and what is due to the Duke of Devonshire; gives account of amount of money paid in wages; believes there is enough stone at Welbeck to build the walls that the duke wanted, and has suggested Mr Laccock go to Mr Mellishes' to ensure that the duke has as good a wall as he; refers to a Barn wall at Clipstone that was done for a similar price; has indicated to Mr Speechley and Mr Laccock to start the foundations; will explain the accounts in more detail to the duke if necessary.
