Has received Harley's commands and has sent Harley the 'forme of an Authority' for Mr Hewett, which is like those he had from the late duke [of Newcastle]; adds that Brigadier Sutton and Lord Lexington had similar powers; comments that if Harley had intended a common gamekeeper's warrant, he has sent the form to Mr Ovington.
