Content DescriptionHas paid the £25 to Isaac Newman which was mentioned in a letter from Mr Rawlins; has also given the letter about Stephen Hawks' lease to Mr York; writes that the doctor intends to cut George Tailby's side in two further places; refers to sheep being swept away in the floods in Essex; writes that Mr Norman and John Handley had sheep of theirs at the salt marshes and; Mr Norman is going there with Robert Pate to bring back any that are left.

Details the arrears still remaining to be paid by Thomas Eversden and Francis Austin; writes that they will not grow many crops and many of their sheep have died so is sure they will not be able to pay their rents.
