Content DescriptionHas concluded the agreement with Stephen Hawks for the farm that was Holben's; transcribes five specific terms and conditions to be put in the lease with respect to use of the Avenue leading to the Park, and hedging and fencing; will ask Mr York at Cambridge to draft the lease.

Writes that Dr Sandys has been attending George Tealby and has moved him to Cambridge; adds that Dr Sandys intends to cut his side 'and apply remedys to his Lungs that way wch are very much ulcerated'; mentions the labourer John Hall who has not been able to work since a twig went into his eye, causing terrible headaches; writes that Dr Sandys has given him 'Physick' and advice.
