Reports a further meeting between Mr Nutting and James Langran about the terms of the repayment of his arrears and the level of rent; writes that no agreement was reached but that at a subsequent meeting Langran agreed to Mr Nutting's first proposals; adds that there is plenty of grass and hay at Wimpole for the horses which are still at Welbeck.
