Has heard rumours that 'Mr Dodd-t-n [G. Dodington] is to be out of the Treasury'; adds that 'Sr W.Y. [Sir William Yonge] is to be Secretary of War in the room of Sir W. Strickland who is to be made a Peer'; writes that Parliament is postponed because 'Mr Hor. W-p-le' [Walpole] cannot be there to start the session.c
