Content Description | Encloses a draft [map?] of the farm which used to be tenanted by John Norman [not present]; discusses the Sowden Hill Closes and the location of the piece of land which it is proposed to fence in for ploughing; has not been able to find 'the book of the Contents of Wimpole gro[un]ds' but located the map in the Corner Room; writes that heifers need to be got to eat the grass and straw at Norman's farm and at Kingston Wood; suggests that Mr Hubbert be asked to buy heifers for calving; adds that cattle are cheap so letting farms is proving difficult. |
