Reports a conversation with Mr Sandy's agent about the possibility of using some of their water to fill up the Basin; writes that the agent said that their tenants at Wendy and Shingay were very low on water supplies, but that he would be able to help if the earl sent him instructions; adds that Edward Dusal is bringing fruit, 'Ruffs and Reves' and partridges.
