Writes that Lord Anslow and his son have visited the house and were taken down the Avenue and to Whaddon by Thomas Kettlewell who was setting out for London; adds that they would have liked to have seen the library, but arrived when he [Cossen] was out.
Mentions that Mr Hubbert has promised to pay most of Mr Bendysh's arrears; is not pleased with the horse bought from Joseph Norman on the urging of John Elsom.
